It is what "Fuller House" is to "Full House" — a fun bit of nostalgia, a nod and a wink, and a touch too many references to "Gen Z". Otherwise, it's the same general plot points, same general feel, and a surprising number of returning actors as the 2003 version (which itself was a remake).

Pros: Stunning visuals. Amazing soundtrack (although not quite as good as Daft Punk’s).

Cons: Wafer-thin plot. Has no meaningful connection to Tron: Legacy. About as technically-accurate as any other Tron film.

Neutral: Jared Leto. I neither like nor dislike his acting in general. I know some people have strong feelings about this.

Ultimately, I enjoyed watching this not-very-good film. I'd say it's definitely worth watching at least once.

It kinda falls apart in the third act, but the telling of this story was so fun that I’m giving it an extra star.

And not too be too much of a nerd, but the typography in the credits is stunning and immaculate. Excellent work, credits maker.

Any film where “atmosphere” is the key to the horror is always lost on me. I watch horror movies for breakfast. There were a few interesting scenes, but was mostly a snooze-fest. It requires a suspension of disbelief that I’m simply not capable of.

I quite enjoyed this. It was fun, it didn’t use lazy writing, and the acting was solid.

Extremely excited to see Ke Huy back. But this was not a good movie. It’s standard Netflix schlock that is definitely not worth going to the theater for.

Really enjoyed. Much better than so much schlock that gets made. Reminds me of Happy Death Day, minus Groundhog Day, plus Valentine's Day.

Like many modern movies of this kind + target audience, it struggles to hold it all together in the final act. Movies like Scream (1996) fundamentally defied horror tropes with something new. But now, Scream has *become* the horror trope (Scream V and VI, anyone?). I think it would have benefitted from rejecting Scream-isms and either gone back to the pre-Scream days, or invented something new.

But hey, what do I know?

Fun flick. Much better than the Letterboxd rating would lead you to believe.

Solid all the way through, but WTF was the last 5 minutes?

A touch of Lois & Clark, a touch of Smallville, this was the best Superman movie since Superman II (1980). Excellent job.

After rewatching it today, it's not as bad as I'd originally thought. Changed my score.
